The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. Customers are obliged to properly keep the purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) to enjoy warranty coverage. Damage and malfunction caused by the improper use and improper disassemble are not covered under the warranty. WISE will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products are eligible for warranty claims, we will send out the repair or replaced unit as soon as we can.
